Solutions

Unfortunately there is not one clear cut solution to this dilemma.  Part of solving this problem falls on the shoulders of individuals.  Diet and exercise are key to changing this trend.  It can be broken down to a simple math problem, if you consume fewer calories and exercise more calories you will lose weight.  Some attempts to encourage weight loss have been put in place but people continue to grow.
